first off, my apologies to autumn and syd for my late arrival. fortunately we only missed about 10-15 minutes of augustana. unfortunately they were WAY better than the headliner, so we probably we missed a lot. and since i didn't hear sunday best (my favorite?), they probably opened with that.
augustana scores an 8.5 out of 10 for me. i would have scored them higher had the lead singer not turned his back to the audience for boston. they also could have showered. they looked a little smelly. :)
counting crows was AWESOME. they score a 10 of 10. adam duritz's new depression medication is really working and the show was more energetic than i've ever seen. he looks like a muppet and i'm completely in love.
counting crows + augustana scores a 15 out of a possible 10. if they do not record their live collaborations during this tour, they are missing out on a fabulous cd. they sounded INCREDIBLE together. i could have watched those 2 bands for another 8 hours. they were like dave matthews on a good jam night. i loved their voices together. 
i'm putting the concert at this point as my #2 all time. right after dave from the sky box seats in chicago. if i can get a live cd, my reminiscences of the concert might bump it up to #1 as i'm still mad at dave for making me go to alpine in wisconsin last year.
unfortunately the concert was not over at this point as maroon 5 was the closer. the high school girls were all thrilled. feh. i give them a 3 out of 10.
ps. adam levine is 3 inches shorter than his guitarist. so unless the guitarist is 6'5, adam levine is 5'7.

First of all, I agree with everything that Summer said about the Counting Crows. AMAZING! And Maroon 5? Adam Levine's ego was bigger than the stadium. He is so in love with himself. I couldn't hardly enjoy the music because it was just too much for me. And, He's like 5'7" 130 lbs at the most.
i have purses bigger than he is.
I could eat Levine for breakfast. HOTT!
M5 was so disconnected from the audience it was scary. They could have been looking in a mirror during their whole performance. More likely is that fact that Adam was probably pissed that this request could not be accommodated.
Augustana was my ultimate favorite favorite. Summer is correct in her assessment about the beauty CC and Augustana produced together. I would love to be the cream filling in middle of that Rockstar Sandwich.
I must confess that I do prefer Duritz off of his medication. He was too bouncy and giggly. He looked awkward being happy and I do love a good depressing piano song. Where's the passion, Adam?!
