Product Endorsement

first off, anyone who would like the summer of love crew to test their products can email me for our addresses. :) we love free samples.

now. i am in love with sally hansen. her nail polishes are currently buy one get one free at ulta. kate and i decided to do mani-pedis on saturday night since her sleepover was cancelled, which is a major bummer when you're 7.

so we bought one bottle of the "No Chip 10 Day Polish" in strong blush, a bubblegummy pink and one bottle of the "Salon Collection" in navy venom, a shade that's juuuust not quite black.

if you have ever noticed, i rarely paint my fingernails because they always chip within about 20 minutes. i don't even think i made it to roxy's wedding without a chip in my manicure. well, ms. hansen and her no chip polish have changed this!! i've spent 2 days setting up fucking beanie baby racks and don't have a single chip on the polish. i've got cuts on my hands and cuticles, but no chips. it's truly miraculous. this will be the only nail polish i ever put on my fingers again.

the navy went on in ONE coat. i do a lot of dark blues and purples and it always takes layers to get the bottle color, even with OPI. but not this one. one coat and my toesies are a beautiful deep navy. i love love love the color.
